Re: Mailroom — Mail Machine Meter Update
The United States Postal Services (USPS) is updating their postal regulations which requires an
update to our IMI Postage Meter. I've consulted with Karrie Stockton and she agrees that
moving forward with renewing our current contract is the way to go. There is no need to go out
for bid as this under a State Contract (NASPO/ValuePoint # ADSP016-169901/Addendum
05516 (WA)).
Therefore, I recommend the Board sign the attached Purchase Order/Lease in the amount of
$34,884.00.
