Overview of Services 3. Executive Session Accomplishments for 2020 While there are several accomplishments in 2020 listed below, the biggest, that I find the most pride in this organization is the team work that occurred for us to maintain access for clients across our County in need of behavioral health services, despite COVID-19. • Transitioned from 3 individual Directors sharing Executive functions to having an Executive Director. • Developed a position for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and hired. • Developed a position for a Director of Behavioral Health Services which replaced the Director of Clinical Services and hired for position. • Met leadership across the County in healthcare, law enforcement, and school districts to enhance our relationships. • Transitioned to a walk-in Assessment model making same day appointments available. • Expanded Substance Use Services (SUD) to onsite at the Grand Coulee location. • Developed COVID Response Plan for Organization. • Transitioned services to be available by Telehealth. • Transitioned staff to a rotating onsite/remote work schedule. • Completed Renovation Project on CityView a 10 bed residential facility. • Renamed CityView to Crisis Solutions combining the Crisis Program and the residential. • Expanded the Crisis Team to include 2 more Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs), 5 Crisis Intervention Specialists, and 4 Crisis Peers. • Reviewed and revised all Agency Policies to adhere to all current Behavioral Health WAC, RCW's and contractual obligations. • Started re -branding process. (Bids, Company Selected, & Committee created). Looking forward to 2021 • Restructure leadership to a regional structure to improve access to services, accountability, staff supervision, and training. (Completed in January 2021). • Expand our Substance Use Services to be available to all of our outlying areas. • Open Residential Facility Beds (March). • Complete any improvements needed to provide Crisis Stabilization beds. • Complete Re -branding Project (April). • Expand upon the use of telehealth for Crisis Services. • Expand Wraparound Intensive Services (WISe) to provide access for up to 30 more families. • New Site Locations for Ephrata & Mattawa • Begin remodel of our Moses Lake Lobby, as well as freshen up our clinics across the County.
