Re: Request permission to attend facility tour
I was signed up for this last year but unfortunately it was cancelled.

am requesting authorization to attend the attached tour of several facilities in April. This will
include the Spokane Fairgrounds, and Ballpark, North Idaho Fairgrounds, Silverwood Theme
Park and Bonner County Fairgrounds.
Costs will include mileage, an overnight stay in CDA and a $75 registration fee. This would also
be worthwhile for Christ Turner, the Maintenance Supervisor if he wishes to attend.

This falls in line with our goal of understanding what other facilities are doing as well as getting
our staff to see what other facilities are doing. Ideally we would take Ken White and Lori
Halliday as well but I realize that travel has been limited. I think it's important for the staff to
see other facilities, paying attention to the details and impression that customers will get when
they walk into a facility.C�,�
Please approve this exception for out of State travel for myself, Chris Turner, Ken White and VM 60 -Wes
Lori Halliday to travel to CDA for this tour.
