This agreement is entered into as of the 29* Day of Janu r�y�0 y and between HOPESOURCE,
organized as a Washington -nonprofit corporation, having its principal place of business at 700 E
Mountain View Avenue, Ellensburg, WA 98926 acting as the YHDP Contractor and GRANT COUNTY NEW
HOPE, a Governmental, Not for Profit entity, having its principal place of business 311 W Third Avenue,
Moses Lake, WA 98837 acting as the YHDP subcontractor.
Purpose of Amendment
Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program grant provides supportive services that results in
permanent housing for young people who are experiencing homelessness. In this amendment
$7,367.00 is being added to YHDP Youth Lead Project to expand support for the project to
include NewHope serving Grant County.
All other terms and conditions specified in the original agreement, Youth Homelessness
Demonstration Project CFDA #14.276 (YHDP) shall remain the same.
