Re: Supplemental budget purchase request
The Commissioner's previously approved the purchase of 8 duty pistols in the
FY2021 budget. These pistols will be assigned to 4 Deputy new hires, and 4
Corrections Deputy new hires.
I am requesting authorization to purchase 8 Glock Generation 5 G17, 9mm with
Glock Night Sights, 3-17 round magazines. Gunarama Wholesale Inc. Law
Enforcement Equipment provided us with a quote of $409.00 per unit, quote is
attached to this request.
Our intent is to split the cost between the Sheriff's budget 001-114, and
Corrections budget 001-115. The total with tax and freight is totaled at $3,601.06.
I'm requesting $1,800-53 betaken from account 001.114.00-0000.521203500
(small tools/minor equipment) and $1,800.53 be taken from account
001.115.00.0000.523603500 (small tools/minor equipment).

pistols unless other arrangements are made.
Manufacturer's Warranty ONLY applies to all products, if so warranted.
