A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 21- 010 -CC
ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW FUND
TITLED COUNTY ERP SYSTEM #312.000
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new fund #312.000 titled "County ERP System" should be established; and
WHEREAS, this fund shall be dedicated for the purpose of reserving funds for the
purchase and installation of a new county -wide Enterprise Resource Planning system; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund and transfer of monies into this fund may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws; and
WHEREAS, all funds transferred into this fund and any subsequent transfers or revenues
received or earned should be invested by the Treasurer in the County's investment pool.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
the following fund is hereby created and established as listed above and the Grant County
Auditor and the Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish this fund in their
respective offices.
