HR has had to significantly change the layout of their office with the addition of a new employee,
I asked Contract Design Associates (Our current furniture vendor) to provide a cost on an
entirely new workstation, standing legs for two desks, new pedestals, and installation.
Everything included with installation comes to $8,081.43 on the Omnia Partners (formerly US
Communities) contract #2020000622 and 2020000604 and can be paid for with the saved funds
no longer being utilized by public works.
With the Boards permission I will order these and complete the additions and changes to Human
Resources.
