RESOLUTION No. 165-2020
'kESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEI
OF THE NCW LIBRARIES DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Mr. Jim Brucker has served as an Okanogan County representative on the NCW
Libraries District Board of Trustees since February 2007; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Brucker will complete his second and final term on December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, Jill Sheley, a resident of Okanogan County, has submitted his/her interest to
represent Okanogan County on the Board of Tri stees of the North Central Regional Library; and
WHEREAS, the County Commissioners, have expressed confidence in the ability and
qualifications of Jill Sheley to represent Okanogan County on the Board of Trustees of the NCW
Libraries District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Okanogan County Board of Commissioners
appoints Jill Sheley to represent Okanogan County on the Board of Trustees of the NCW Libraries
district comprised of Grant, Chelan, Douglas, Ferry and Okanogan Counties said term expires
December 31, 2026.
