for VACATING roadlog 21608 Park Place
and adjacent easement Section 03 T18N

WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, has reviewed a prior petition to vacate portions of
certain County road and rights-of-way described as follows:
Legal description: Grant County Road and Rights-of-way, Known as Park Place roadlog 21608 in
entirety along with an adjacent drainage easement, excepting a drainage easement following the
surveyed portion, all in Section 26 T21N R24EWM, Grant County, Washington, and
AS SHOWN on ATTACHED EXHIBIT A & B and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given
to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to
prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of
Commissioners set a Public Hearing on the report and other related matters to be held via WebEx:
