WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, has reviewed the Stratford Town Plat, current
ownership, and county liability,
Legal description: Grant County Rights-of-way, Known as Stratford Town ALL in
Section 10 T22N R28EWM, all in Grant County
And as shown on attached Exhibit A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should
be given to vacating portions of certain County rights-of-way via RCW58.17.212 and directs the
County Road Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of
Commissioners set a Public Hearing on the report and other related matters to be held via
