In performing the work to install the WebEx room kits it has been discovered that many of the
microphones are aging and need replacement. I have a quote from Ednetics, the company
performing the project to replace the 14 microphones and associated equipment, plus program
them with the room kits.
The total is $7,492.52 and can be purchased with Interior Improvement funds that are currently
in the budget. I have double checked the pricing on these with a known vendor who provides
good pricing, and they are very competitive.
I recommend the purchase and am asking the Board to approve this purchase.
