Serial No. 21.052
Public Works is seeking authorization for the repair of the Wester Star dump truck, equipment
#3080, at Road District #3. Work will be performed by Freightliner Northwest of Spokane,
Washington at their facility. The estimate provided by the vendor for parts and labor is
$$6967.18 and may be higher due to unforeseen problems.
The repair is being performed by the dealer because the truck was delivered to diagnose the
issue. The truck required disassembly to diagnose the problem.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of
these items.
