OF HEARING RESOLUTION 21 -016 -CC
for VACATING Roadlog 21608 Park Place
and adjacent easement in Section 03 T18N

WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, has reviewed a prior petition to vacate portions of a
certain County road and right-of-way described as follows:
Legal description: Grant County Road and Right-of-way, known as Park Place Roadlog 21608 in
entirety along with an adjacent drainage easement, excepting a drainage easement following the
surveyed portion, all in Section 26 T21N R24EWM, Grant County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer has been advised of a home sale in progress and feels that
the petition should be postponed as the new owners are directly adjacent to the easement being vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of
Commissioners HEREBY RESCIND the NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION 21 -016 -CC for
vacating Park Place.
