I have examined Public Works propane purchase needs for 2021 and recommend the following
action:
Continue purchasing from State DES Contracts. For Ephrata, Royal City & Quincy, Keep -Full &
Leased Dispenser, purchase propane from AmeriGas, 3688 East Broadway, Moses Lake, WA
98837 through Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract, No. 02318, which
replaced contract No. 01709.
The final term for this contract is April
