FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 4. Request for the furnace replacement at the Moses Lake Juvenile Court and Youth Services facility in the amount of $8,952.00. Lowest bidder was Basin Refrigeration and heating. This was approved in the Capital Expenditure budget for $2,.400.00 so the remining balance will be paid for using Interior Improvements funding.
