Serial No. 21.059
Public Works is seeking authorization for the purchase of dump truck tires through Tire Factory,
Omnia contract number #2019209, for Central Shop stock in the amount of $5632.45.
These tires are regular items for Central Shop stock for use on Public Works dump trucks.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of
these items.
