Attached you will find three (3) proposals from local office, furniture companies. I have also attached the initial
request for your review as well. We solicited quotes to furnish the newly leased location in Ephrata. We will be
moving from a two- office location to the new location with. over twelve offices and three conference rooms.
As you review the different proposals, some items to note would be the quality of the furniture {lifespan),
options for review., pricing, installation, and most importantly timing.
After taking all of those items into consideration, we have chosen to move forward with The Husk Office. We
feel The, Husk Office provided us with different options for
quality furniture. Their presentation was impeccable
and their attention to detail was spot on. The furniture provided, by The Husk Office is modern, sturdy, and long
lasting. Their quote included delivery and installation both important to us as we do not have the time or staff
to purchase from separate vendors and be responsible for building/installation. Options for colors and products
allows us to furnish the space in a respectable and inviting m - anner. The other two proposals were less in price
but were both missing components from the original request, would be comparable to The
w hich we believe
Husk Office quote if updated.
The quotes listed as follows:
Business Interiors- $28,.466,04 (missing quote pricing for Bookcases in clinician . offices)
Davis Office Furniture- $25,585.80 (missing quote/pricing for WISE team area)
The Husk. Office- $33,,278.30 (complete proposal with options and partitions in the WISE Team arenall
