I don't know if Rob or Cindy have been approached to support Rock Island's request to Senator
Murray for funding for a 4 -lane expansion of Highway 28 to 1-90, but if you could also put this one
on letterhead, we can possibly approve this next week. Let me know if this is the wrong process.
