FOR REIMBURSABLE WORK
To The County Engineer:
Pursuant to terms of an agreement between the County and City of Warden
121 S Main St., Warden, WA 98857
(Name and Address of Requesting Agency)
adopted and approved on March 31, 2021 the undersigned hereby requests the
County to perform the work listed below at a time and in a manner convenient to the County. The
undersigned further requests that the work be completed no later than October 2021
and hereby guarantees reimbursement to the County for all work done, including a 10% Administration Fee
for up to a maximum of $ 20,000.00

Chip Seal - 1st Street, Main St to Fine Ave., Traffic Counter on So. County Road
