RE: Crisis Solutions/Renovation

Grant Integrated Services has received the additional requirements from the WA State Department of
Health Construction Review Services (DOH -'CRS) for renovations needed to approve the Crisis Solutions
facility as a Crisis Stabilization program.
DOH -CRS is requiring that the HVAC system serving the new seclusion room be upgraded and
engineered. Design West has re-engaged the mechanical engineer from their team to provide these
services. Stans Construction will complete the additional upgrades needed. A preliminary estimate
of the costs associated with the final rounds of requirements would be under $15k.
I'd appreciate the Grant County Board of Commissioners consent for us to move forward on this project,
