Re: Consent to purchase large tarps to cover older stalls in new location
Per the approved Capital budget for 20211 am requesting authorization to purchase two large
tarps to cover older stalls that will be moved to an asphalted area between the white and green
reen
gates. This allows us to add 90 stalls for very little cost and increase our potential revenue.
The new stalls in Barn 46 and 47 came 'in under budget by more than $100,000. For this reason I
would like to purchase the stall tarps under this capital item.
The budget line item for this purchase is 126,168.0049'116.594736210, and the purchase
amount is $4,501.14 from Inland Tarp and Liner.
