Our ATV's used on the Fairgrounds are more than 10 years old and are needing more and more
repairs each year. We are requesting authorization to replace two with new Gators,
These Gators would be purchased under a State Contract providing the best pricethrough John
Deere,
The Fairgrounds has funds left over from the purchase of a Tractor under the same State
contract of $35,755.98 from. the 20'21 approved Capital budget.
I am requesting authorization to Purchase two John Deere HP615E Gators with cabs for
$15157`.82 each. The total purchase including tax would be $32,927.19. The Purchase would be
through RDO of Moses Lake.
The budget line item for this purchase would be 001.141,oOO*91164594736400
Please authorize this expenaiture.
