AGREEMENT AMENDING COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HOUSE DIVISION
HOUSING ASSISTANCE UNIT
EVICTION RENT ASSTANCE PROGRAM (ERAP)
SUBRECPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GRANT COUNT AND THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF GRANT COUNTY DATED THE 8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2020
Section 1. Duration of agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Extend end date to June 3 0, 2021, per attached Amendment A to contract #21-4614C-108 .
Section 5, Compensation is hereby amended as follows:
The maximum total amount payable by the COUNTY to the SUBRECIPIENT shall be increased
by $481,270.00 for a total of $1,540,078.00, per attached Amendment B, including budget, to
contact #21-46140-108.
PROVIDED: Additional administrative costs of $5,000.00 incurred by the COUNTY will be
reimbursed out of the additional grant funds.
All other provisions of the original agreement or any modifications to the original agreement
remain in effect.
