RESOLUTION: DECLARING SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. = 01 - (X ��o -CC
IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN
COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave notice of hearing, of its intention to surplus
and dispose of said property listed on ATTACHMENT A, see attached, and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that said County -owned vehicles and equipment
are not required for County purposes and that the public will benefit by declaring said vehicles and
equipment surplus and disposing of them in a manner consistent with RCW 36.34.080.
Vehicle Numbers 3003 and 1310, Western Star dump trucks, will be purchased by Ferry County Public
Works in the amount of $35,000 each through an Interlocal Agreement between Ferry County and Grant
County for the purpose of equipment purchasing approved by the BOCC J tn,-'fir .
