Subject: Grand Coulee Vaccine Clinic
Good afternoon Commissioner Stone,
Due to spring break our volunteer pool is really light for the Grand Coulee vaccine clinic on April 9t". Any chance you are
available to be one of our greeters and check people in? Or other elected officials that you'd be willing to ask up in the
area that would come out for a day of vaccinations! ! I'd also like ask if county employees could be used at the events

over the coming months. The county can be reimbursed for their time at either straight time or overtime through our
FEMA funding. We will be moving our operations into less large clinics and into more pop up clinics within the
communities that do not have as much access to the vaccine. I am ccing Laina Mitchell our volunteer coordinator if you
have questions about the roles. Any volunteer can register on the health district web page.
