The Commissioners are changing the way they will be holding their consent agenda meetings. While they are still public
meetings, you are no longer being requested to attend. If a commissioner has any questions on the item you are
submitting, they will contact you individually beforehand. Consent items will no longer be discussed as a group, and a
motion will be made to approve all of them in 1 motion without discussion.
The board is not saying you are not allowed to attend these meetings, just wanting to free up your time.
