8. Reimbursement request #6 (March expenses) from HopeSource in the amount of $220.,893.31
on the Washington State Department of Commerce Shelter Program Grant No. 21-4610C-104.
9. Request for reimbursement #3 on Washington State Department of Commerce Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Public Services Grant (PSG) No. 20-62210-005, to the
OIC of Washington, in the amount of $16,819.44. This is for February 2021 expenses.
10. Reimbursement Request #7 on Washington State Department of Commerce Eviction Rent
Assistance Program (ERAP) Grant No. 21-4614C-108, administered through the Housing
Authority of Grant County, in the amount of $35.,593.00.
11. Letter of support request from the Port of Coulee City urging the Washington State Senate to
fund the $846,.000.00 which was included in the 2021-2023 House Capital Budget for the Coulee
City Medical Clinic project.
12. Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Pierce County for the purchasing of
goods and services.
13. Resolution authorizing execution of Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with
Grant County (item 12 above).

GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES

16. Claim Status Pricing Addendum (Version 20210311) from Etactics,. Inc. for a new feature for their
clearing house for insurance claims. This adds $.10 per transaction if needed.
17. Request to purchase furniture for their new Ephrata Office in the amount of $33.,278.30 from
The Husk Company.
18. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services'
Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during February 2021, in the amount of $18.,741.95 on
Washington State Health Care Authority Contract No. K3919.
FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
19. Recommendation to award the contract to shut down/start up the county's cooling equipment
for the air conditioning service to McKinstry in the amount of $8,.400.00 (annually), using their
Washington State Department of Enterprises Contract No. 02919.
FAIRGROUNDS
20. Request to hire Stan's Construction for new cattle chute construction in the amount of
$10,682.59. There are funds left over from the purchase of horse stalls and they would like to
utilize those funds.
