AUDITORS OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
2. Request for a county credit card for Brittany Bevier, District Court, in the amount of $2,000.00.
Request submitted by Desiree Ochocinski and authorized by Michele Jaderlund.
3. Request for creation of new capital project fund titled "Jail Construction Bond" fund 313.001.
This fund will account for bond proceeds the county has received for the new jail in the amount
of $88,.046.,000.00. 1 PA -4 ate. , e P-4 UT -1-S

4. Request for creation of new internal service fund titled 1P2-a-y-rza l-Bue-Toa fund 504.184. This fund
will account for payroll -generated payments to external agencies that are issued during payroll,
deposited with the County Treasurer, and then periodically remitted based on the external
agencies' reporting schedule.
5. Request for creation of new special revenue fund titled "ARPA-Lost Revenue" fund 193.001. This
fund will account for the approximately $10,000.,000.00 awarded to the county through the
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant program designated as lost revenue.
ASSESSOR'S OFFICE
6. Recommendation to approve a manifest error correction exceeding three years for Grands
Midstate LLC (years 2021 -Current), Laureland RV &Mini Storage (years 2015-2021), (Parcel No.
14-0068-000). The value of the storage building for 2015 should have been pro -rated from the
date of the fire and then partial value removed for tax years 2016 and forward. Per RCW
84.48.065, the County Legislative Authority has the authority to approve such recommendation.

8. Request to rescind previously approved ARPA funding request from Fire District No. 3 on July 19,
2022 agenda in the amount of $93,,893.57. New request in the amount of $100,000.00 to utilize
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds to purchase Automatic External Defibrillators
(AED),, CPR training equipment, Extrication tools, as well as Fit Tester w/N95.

PUBLIC DEFENSE
16. Pursuant to RCW 27.24.0401 submittal of the 2021 Annual Report which includes the Law Library
Inventory List, Detailed Trail Balance, and Treasurer Report (schedule of cash activity) for the
Grant County Law Library.
PLJRLIC WORKS
17. Request to purchase 20 Lenovo ThinkCentre M80'S computers as well as 20 HP 24" monitors
from CDW-G and Amazon in the amount of $28,,345.08. These purchases are not part of the
2022 Budget.
18. Local Agency Agreement between Grant County and the Washington State Department of
Transportation for the reconstruction of Road 3 -NE from S -NE to U-ne (Phase 3) in the estimated
total amount of $1.,567,126.00.
19. Resolution initiating County Road Project designated as CRP No. 22-03. Work will resurface 9 -
NW from SR283 to Dodson Road. The work will include the resurfacing and widening of 4.22
miles of two-lane County Road with associated excavation, embankment, culvert crossings, road
base, crushed top course, and a BST road surface.
RENEW
20. Participating Provider Agreement between Coordinated Care of Washington Inc. and Renew to
provide certain health care services to individuals. Term of agreement is August 23, 2022
through August 22, 2023 with an automatic yearly renewal.

21. Purchase order No. 431 in the amount of $24,.741.22 to CDWG for the renewal of BARRACUDA
Essentials Compliance Edition.
