Request from Grant County Fire District No. 5 / Moses Lake, to utilize $14,962.05 of their allotted American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funding to purchase a new vehicle extraction tool, leaving a remaining balance of $85,307.95. 7. 2023 Recording Fee Surcharge Distribution Agreement with the Housing Authority of Grant County (54%), New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services (23%), and the City of Moses Lake (23%) for the sole purpose of distributing funds obtained by the County as a result of RCW 36.22.179 and 1791. 8. Agreement with Davis Shows NW, Inc., dba "DAVIS" and Grant County to sponsor and promote the annual County Fair. Term of agreement is upon signature through September 30, 2025. PROSECUTING ATTORNEY 24. Out-of-state travel request for Tracey Poulos to attend the NADCP RISE2023! Conference in Houston, Texas. Dates of travel are June 24, 2023, through June 30, 2023. Authorization for a State Contract 2023 Budget Purchase of a Speed Alter 24 Radar messaging ATSS trailer with an automatic license plate reader and required software in the estimated amount of $34,000.00. this must be purchased from the preauthorized State Provider for this equipment and at the State pre -negotiated price. 27. Resolution initiating County Road Project designated at CRP No. 23-02 for the purpose of replacing Bridge 247 at the Road W SE Canal Crossing to provide for Bureau of Reclamation widening the canal. Total amount of appropriation estimated to be $4,430,000.00. 29. Request to increase the cost of a previously approved item, a Trail King TKT16U trailer in the 2023 Equipment Expense Program. Previous approval was $20,000.00 and has increased to $21,523.33 leaving a difference of $1,525.33 that will be absorbed by the County Roads fund 101. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 30. Big Bend Community College Health Agency Agreement for Provision of Clinical Experience for Big Bend Community College Health Education Programs 2022-2025 with the Grant County Sheriff's Office/Grant County Jail. 31. Service Agreement with Omni Staffing Services and Grant County Corrections to provide staffing services for their occasional nursing staff needs. Term of agreement is one-year. 32. Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification with Grant County Sheriff's Office. TREASURERS OFFICE 33. Interlocal Investment Services Agreement between Grant County and the City of Moses Lake for the purpose of investing monies provided by the Local Government into the Pool on its behalf.
