A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 21- 040
-CC
ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW FUND
TITLED "INTERFUND
COMMUNICATION" FUND #511
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new fund #511 titled "Interfund Communication" should be established; and
WHEREAS, this fund shall be dedicated to postage and delivery costs and considered an
internal service fund; and
WHEREAS, monies for this new fund shall be transferred from Interfund
Communications Fund #001-129
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund and transfer of monies into this fund may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
the following fund is hereby created and established as listed above and the Grant County
Auditor and the Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish this fund in their
respective offices.
