RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 23- -CC
SHERIFF'S OFFICE EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is
surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff's Office purchased video surveillance equipment for
INET (Asset #102676) currently valued at $0; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has determined these items have depreciated
in value and are no longer of use to the County; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has requested that the Grant County Board of
County Commissioners declare this property to be surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the declaration of such property, it is the intent of the Sheriffs
Office to dispose of this item in the dumpster.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above-named items with the intent to dispose of this item.
