RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS GRANT RESOLUTION No. 23- -CC
COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds has the following items:
Asset# Description
• 101439 Callup and PA System (Ardell Pavilion)
• 101444 Old Wood and Metal Bleachers
• 101450 Callup and PA System (Harwood Pavilion)
• 104044 Optec Reader Board
WHEREAS, this department has determined that these items are no longer of use to Grant County; and
WHEREAS, this department is now requesting that the Grant County Board of Commissioners declare
these items surplus; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that each individual items is below the $2,500.00 threshold and a
public hearing is not needed, and
WHEREAS, it is their intent to dispose of these items via dumpster.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County Commissioners
declare as surplus the above -listed items.
