At the end of 2020 the Affordable and Suppord , H sini� fund (#141) had received
I ive ou. A-,
$21;x,390.93 in tax credits under SHB 1406.. As 1t wasn't known by the Acco-unting
Department until early in 2021 where thefunds were to be distributed, the money
received in 2020 was not distributed to the Housing Authority until February, 2021.
Additionally, based on tax credits received during the first quarter, it appears that the
2021 budget estimate of $230,000 is -under budget by appro"mately $20,000.

Therefore, I am requesting a budget extension for Fund 141 — Affordable and S-apportive
Housing in the amount of $235,900.00 to account for the Payment of 2020 tax credits
Paid. in 2021. ($215k) and the additional amount that is anticipated to be received in 2021
tax credits ($201o.
