postage and delivery costs and as such is considered an internal service fund by the
Washington State Auditor's Office (SAO * ion fund currently

reports under the Current Expense fund (#001), but should be a separate, standal o'efund

per the SAO definition of an internal service fund.
I am requesting that we establish new'fand 511- Interfiind Communication to be in
compliance with the SAO requirements, If approval of a new fund is granted, I am. also
requesting approval to transfer the 2021 Interfund Communication budget and actual
revenue and expenses to date from Fund #001-129 to new finid. #511.
