1:30 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a franchise application
from Fatbeam LLC for fiber optic cables for telecommunication services on county rights of way. Area
proposed is:
Aspi Blvd, Patton Blvd NE, N Grape Dr, Vandenburg Ave all within Sections 4, 9, 10 and 32 AND
Townships 19 and 20 N, AND Range 28 E AND includes street sides: East, West, North and South.
Keith Elefson, County Engineer, described the application stating that Public Works recommends
approval.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Stone moved to
approve the franchise as presented. Commissioner Jones seconded and the motion passed
unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
