Dear Commissioners,
Please consider the attached proposal from Valley Lock & Key Service for the front door of our newly leased
Ephrata location. Having this work complete will add a powered handicapped door opener and a new lock
system, bringing the front entrance up to ADA standards.
We solicited three companies and received two bids. The second bid was not a complete bid and was missing
key elements. Thank you for your consideration in our choice to proceed with Valley Lock & Key Service.
