A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Jones moved to
approve the surplus of items as presented. Commissioner Stone seconded and the motion passed
unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
