10:03 a.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget extension
request from the Central Services Department in the amount tof $27,000.00 to purchase additional
features for the CivicPlus computer software license (Budget 3505) that will make changes to the new
web page.
Tom Gaines, Director, described his request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Jones moved to
approve the budget extensions as presented. Discussion by Commissioner Stone to revisit the use of
Cares Rescue Plan funding. Commissioner Stone seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The
hearing adjourned.
