Public Works requested and was approved in the 2023 E'qu*ent Expense Program for the purchase of a
Ipm
16,000 Lb. rated dump trailer for the Bridge Department. The amount budgeted was $20,000. Solid
Waste had a dump trailer that was not being fully utilized and is available for the Bridae Department
when needed.
Public Works is requesting to use the funds approved for the dump trailer and purchase a tilt deck
equipment trailer for use throughout public Works for the hauling of small equipment and vehicles.
The trailer would be a Trail King TICT I 6U, purchased from Pape' Machinery gh

Can we discuss this? Andy came in this morning to talk about this. He feels that we need to buy the equipment trailer
because the dump trailer will not haul the skid steer as they thought it would and trying to do so would be unsafe.
