Fire District #5 is requesting approval and reimbursement of $14,692.05 for the
purchase of a new vehicle extrication tool. This is the first request from Fire District
#5 and will leave a balance of $85,307.95 of their ABPA allowance.

Grant County Fire District # 5 would like to make a request for reimbursement
from the ARPA funds to pay for a new vehicle extn*cation combi tool, (Jaws of Life), that
we recently purchased. We believe this will be a significant benefit to the citizens of our
community and surrounding areas that may require its services.
