Sam Castro, Public Works Director, gave a brief synopsis on the proposed changes. The Paradigm Software has a rounding issue within the accounting system and therefore it creates inaccurate transactions. This will allow for better accounting. Reimbursement Request #22 on Washington State Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 20-46108-10, administered through the Grant County Housing Authority, in the amount of $57,.734.47. Reimbursement Request #8 on Washington State Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP) Grant No. 21-4614C-108, administered through the Housing Authority of Grant County, in the amount of $106.,292.43. (Approved). AUDITOR'S OFFICE 9. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. Request for out of state travel for Jim McKiernan, Chris Turner and Tom Gaines to tour the Ford Center Equestrian Park from June 23-26, 2021 in Nampa ID. (Approved). Request to purchase a small utility trailer in the amount of $1,399.00 plus tax from North 40 using left over funds not used in their capital expenditure budget for a tractor purchase. (Approved). SH ERI FF'S OFFICE 13. Interlocal Agreement between the City of Moses Lake and Grant County (Sheriff's Office) relating to Marine Patrol Services on waters in the city and county. (Approved, Resolution No. 21 -046 -CC) CENTRAL SERVICES 14. Request to go into contract with Clemmons, Rutherford and Associates Inc. (CRA) and sign an AIA Standard Form of Agreement between owner and Architect for the architectural services for the new Jail/Judicial complex etc. Approximate cost is $45,,000.00. (Approved). 15. Request for budget extension in the amount of $1.,795,000.00 to purchase the Fairgrounds property from the Moses Lake School District ($1.2 million) and to purchase the former Washington Mutual building on Division Street in Ephrata ($595.,000.00). He is requesting the funding of these purchases come from REET funds. (Approved, the hearing was set for June 21, 2021 at 1:20 pm) 16. Request to hire a rock picker service to pick rocks on the rodeo arena floor at the Fairgrounds. The amount is $6,000.00 using DFM7 Services. (Approved). 17. Request to go into contract with MJ Neal and Associates, Architects PLLC and sign an AIA Standard Form of Agreement between owner and Architect for the architectural services for the new bathroom project at the Fairgrounds.
