AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.

4. Service letter to John Nordine for his work on the Grant County Veterans Advisory Board.
S. Appointment letter for Susan Freeman to the Grant County Planning Commission for a four-year

6. Reimbursement request from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of
Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 22-46108-10, in the amount of $42,120.03
for December 2022 expenses.
7. Reimbursement request from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of
Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP 2.0) Grant No. 21-4619C-108, in the amount
of $392,664.63 for December 2022 expenses.
8. Special occasion liquor license application for Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce and their
event to be held at Grant County Fairgrounds Commercial Building on March 21, 2023, from the
Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
9. Request from the City of George to extend the project completion date for Strategic
Infrastructure Program (SIP) project No. 2019-04, Well No. 3 Generator Project to December 31,
2023.
10. Request from McKay Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center to extend the project completion
date for Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) project No. 2021-01, to July 31, 2023.
11. Request from the Town of Coulee City to extend the project completion date for Strategic
Infrastructure Program (SIP) project No. 2020-02, Rodeo Ground Improvements Project to
December 311 2024.
12. Request for release of funds on Strategic Improvement Project (SIP) No. 2020-02, City of Coulee

16. Request to purchase portable bleachers from The Park, which provided the lowest quote in the
amount of $22,198.31 including tax and freight. These purchases were approved in the 2023

17. Request to purchase rock picker from Skid Steers Direct, which provided the lowest quote in the
amount of $5,950.99 including tax and freight. This purchase was approved in the 2023 Capital

18. Request to purchase a box scraper in the amount of $1,372.21 from John Deere through a State
Contract, OR Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Equip 1744 (PG25 CG 22). This purchase was

19. Request to purchase 9 picnic tables from Commercial Site Furnishings who provided the lowest
quote in the amount of $10,789.39 including tax and shipping. This purchase was approved in

21. Request to purchase 2 Portacools from Air Marketing Group which provided the lowest bid in
the amount of $9,515.33. These were approved in the 2023 Capital Budget and will be

22. Request to purchase arena sand from Central Washington Concrete in the amount of $3,200.00.
This was approved in the 2023 Capital Budget and will be purchased from
126.168.00.9116.594756003/4.
23. Request to purchase two ATV Gators in the amount of $34,503.63 through a State Contract, OR
Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Equip 1744 (PG25 CG 22). This will be purchased from
132.178.00.9116.594756003/4. If approved, a budget extension would be requested in the
amount of $2,803.63 to cover the shortfall.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
24. Washington State Office of Public Defense Agreement No. ICA23013, grant funds distribution in
the amount of $92,111.00 for the purpose of improving the quality of public defense services in
Washington State counties. Term of agreement is January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.

25. Authorization to call for bids for the Re -Striping Program 2023. Bid opening date will be January
31, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Public Works.
26. Resolution in the matter of amending resolution 22 -120 -CC and 22 -131 -CC adopting the six-year
transportation improvement program for 2023-2028.
RENEW
27. Agreement for Partnership with the Moses Lake Community Coalition; City of Moses Lake to
promote community mental health, suicide prevention, and active youth mentorship. Term of
agreement is January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
28. Supported Living/Group Home Exhibit C, Revision No. 230200, on Washington State Department
of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. 1963-57191 with Grant County -Directions in
Community Living.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
29. Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission Subrecipient Grant Agreement Federal
Financial Assistance Grant Agreement No. MLE 123-404 in the amount of $14,939.49. The
purpose of this agreement is to fund recreational boating enforcement and education. Term of
agreement is upon signature through September 30, 2023.
30. Port of Mattawa (Port District No. 3 of Grant County) Small Office Lease in the amount of
$4,200.00 to lease 100 sq ft of office space at the Port of Mattawa Office located at 20140 Rd
24 -SW, Unit D, Mattawa WA for a substation office. Term of the agreement is January 1, 2023,
through December 31, 2023.

31. Budget extension request in the amount of $248,500.00 to purchase Hazardous Materials
Response Equipment, training, and repairs for existing equipment using funds received from a
Washington Department of Ecology 21-23 Spill Prevention Preparedness and Response
Equipment Grant (SPPREG-2123-GrCoSO-00042) Fund 001.114.
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
32. Purchase order No. 447 from For the Record (FTR) in the amount of $7,577.16 for the Annual
Support Contract for courts.
TREASURER'S OFFICE
33. Annual adoption of the County Investment Policy as provided by the Finance Committee and
adopted by their Resolution No. 2021-1 on January 25, 2021. There were no changes to the
policy in 2022.
