The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider an ordinance amending Grant
County Code Ch. 2.32 titled "Emergency Management" to incorporate the verbiage of "Operations" into
the Grant County Emergency Management Code.
Josh Sainsbury, Chief Deputy gave a brief synopsis of the request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stone to close the public comment portion of the hearing.
Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. A motion
was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Carter to approve ordinance as
presented. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
