Our ATV's used on the Fairgrounds are more than 10 years old and are needing more and more
repairs each year. We are requestin&Y authorization to replace two with new Gators,
These Gators would be purchased under a State Contract roviding the best, price through John

I am requesting authorization to purchase two John Deere HPX615E Gators with cabs for
$15,914.96 each. The total purchase including tax would be$34,50163. The Purchase would be
through RDO of Moses Lake.
The budget line item for this purchase would be 132.178-00,9116-594756003/4 Gator
(Maintenance Vehicle, ID # 132-12) for $31,7'0. This leaves a shortfall of $2803.63.
