Per the approved 2023 Capital budget I am requesting authorization topurchase portable
bleachers.. The budgeted amount wa's $26,800. The quotes were for(8) 4 - row, by 15 foot
portable bleachers.
I solicited three quotes as shown:
GT Grandstands $24,081..48 including tax and freight
Anthem Sports $24,x.59.03 including tax and freight
The Park $22,.198.31 including tax and freight
Crowd control warehouse $28,778.90 including taxand freight
Please authorize the Purchase of (8) 4 row by 15 foot portable bleachers from The Park at a
cost of $22.198.3.x. The budget number for this purchase is 126.168.00.9116.594756003/4 r��
Bleachers.
