As of this date, we have currently utilized $35,204.79 to reimburse for electrical engineering consulting and ongoing project needs as we await equipment delivery. The purchase of the generator itself is expected to be approximately $60,000 and is expected to be delivered onsite in January or February of 2023. Several other components related to extensive electrical work such as panel boards, wiring, and conduit are slated to arrive around the generator delivery time. The electrical contractor anticipates starting preliminary onsite work the end of January 2023. The switchboard alone has a significantly longer lead time for onsite delivery, currently forecasted as October 2023, largely related to ongoing pandemic effects that are interrupting manufacturing and shipping/delivery methods globally. The electrical contractor is actively working to try and locate a manufacturer that can guarantee an earlier delivery than October 2023. am requesting an extension of the SIP Grant No. 2021-01 to be through July 31, 2023. Thank you for your consideration of our request. I look forward to speaking with you.
