Veteran Services Budget Extension

3:30 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget extension
request for the Veteran Assistance Fund (104.146) in the amount of $100.,000.00 to support Burials
Professional Reimbursement as well as Burials -Private Reimbursement.
Jerry Gingrich, Deputy Clerk 2, discussed his request as the Veteran Service Officer.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close thep ublic
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. A motion
was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones to approve the budget extension
as presented. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
