3:25 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the surplus and sale of a
2015 Ford F250 (VIN 1FT7X2B66FEA46662). Sale will be held on www.publicsurplus.com.
Sam Dart, Assistant Public Works Director discussed the request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close thep ublic
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. A motion
was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones to approve the franchise
application as presented. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
