3:20 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the surplus and sale of 2
vehicles: No. 7027 — 2010 Ford Crown Vic; and No. 7057 — 2013 Ford Explorer. Along with 34 — 40 Cubic
Yard Containers (Drop Boxes) and 1-20 Cubic Yard Container (Drop Box). Sale will be held on
www.publicsurplus.com.
Sam Castro, Public Works Director discussed the request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. A motion
was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones to approve the surplus and sale as
presented. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
