RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 22-130-
2- -CC
GRANT COUNTY RENEW
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Grant County Renew has technology/computer related items and other
miscellaneous items in their possession; and
WHEREAS, Renew has determined that these items are now obsolete, broken, and/or no longer
of use to Grant County, or will be disposed of through the Grant County Technology Services Department
and or the Grant County Landfill; and
WHEREAS, they are requesting that the Grant County Board of Commissioners declare surplus
these items that were previously destroyed, no longer have, or need to be recycled through the
Technology Services Department, per the attached list and remove these items from their asset inventory
list; and
WHEREAS, it is their intent to dispose of technology/computer related items via a recycle
program at no cost to the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the attached list of computer/technology related items.
